Where we stand
We treat artificial intelligence as a tool that supports our work, not as a substitute for human craft, judgement, or responsibility. Where AI helps us work faster or explore more options, we use it — but a person on our team always remains accountable for what we deliver.
The aim of this policy is to be clear about how AI fits into what we do and how we handle your information when we use it.
How we use AI
We may use AI tools to help with tasks such as summarising research, drafting early copy, exploring visual or layout ideas, scaffolding code, and automating routine steps in our workflow.
Anything that reaches you as a deliverable is created, reviewed, and approved by our team. We do not pass off unedited AI output as finished work, and we remain responsible for its quality and accuracy.
Your information and confidentiality
We do not put confidential client material into public or consumer AI tools. When we use AI on client work, we choose tools whose terms allow appropriate confidentiality and, where available, that do not train their models on our inputs.
Your project files, brand assets, and any commercially sensitive information are kept confidential and handled in line with the terms of our engagement and any non-disclosure agreement we have with you.
Transparency and choice
We are happy to talk through how AI is used on your project and to answer any questions you have about it. If you would prefer that we avoid AI tools on your work, let us know and we will accommodate that — our skills do not depend on them.
We keep an eye on how AI tools and the rules around them develop, and we update this policy as our practices change.
