A booking flow that sells the escape, not the form
A concept for a coastal experiences brand, reworking a multi-step booking journey into something that feels like part of the trip.
The challenge
Experience booking tends to collapse into a wall of dates, filters, and fine print. We wanted to see how far warmth and clarity could carry a high-consideration purchase before the user ever reaches a payment screen.
Our approach
We mapped the journey from daydream to confirmation and gave each step a single job. Availability, routes, and pricing surface progressively, so the screen only asks for what it needs, when it needs it.
The outcome
A prototype that treats the booking flow as part of the experience — calm pacing, confident typography, and a mobile-first path that never makes the traveller feel like they are filling in a form.
